Literally, right across the street!
801 Rampart Drive is the same floor plan as our current home, but it has a wonderful basement with 2 more large bedrooms and a large bathroom...plenty of room to expand and perfect for selling (if we decide to go that route).
We hope to have the project done in 4-6 weeks and plan to document the changes room by room.
Within the first 10 days we'll have all the demo complete, new electric, a new roof, painting started, and exterior windows and doors installed. Hoping not to hit any bumps in the road along the way...but you never know what might happen.
